All orders at Snapbuy can be returned within 14 days .

 In order to offer you our return guarantee, we ask that you only try out the goods as you would in a store and return the goods to us complete, unused and undamaged.

 If items are not returned in their original condition , this may result in a reduced refund .

How do I proceed with a return?

2.  You will receive clear information on how to return your item quickly and easily.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the return shipment must be sent to the address we provided;otherwise, delivery may be refused.

 Once your return arrives, our warehouse team will process it and refund you as quickly as possible. Please note that this process can take up to 3 weeks .

• In resalable condition

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned:

• Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow exchanges of purchased items for selectable variations. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What refund options are available?

The following refund options are supported:
 • Refund to the original payment method
• Refund as store credit (if applicable)

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
